Informing us of any damaged, loose, cracked, or defective windows, screens, seals, frames, or fixtures

Sparkall Cleaners is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defective glass, failed seals, brittle screens, loose trim, damaged frames, or other conditions that existed before service.

6. Safety

We reserve the right to decline or stop work if we determine that conditions are unsafe. This may include severe weather, unstable surfaces, unsafe ladder access, aggressive animals, hazardous materials, or other safety concerns.

7. Payment

Payment is due according to the terms provided with your quote, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due after completion of the agreed service.

Late payments, returned payments, or unpaid balances may result in additional fees, collection activity, or refusal of future service.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Sparkall Cleaners aims to provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with completed work, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Guarantees apply only to the specific service performed and do not cover new dirt, weather-related buildup, construction debris, sprinkler overspray, hard water exposure, damage, or conditions outside our control unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Rain Guarantee

If Sparkall Cleaners offers a rain guarantee at the time of your service, the guarantee applies only according to the terms stated with that offer. Unless otherwise stated in writing, rain guarantee service is limited to exterior panes affected by rain within the stated guarantee period.
